Q4 2020 Performance of Top Dragon Games on Android in France

As the year 2020 drew to a close, the dragon gaming niche on Android devices witnessed varied trends in France. Data provided by Sensor Tower offers us a glimpse into the performance of top dragon-themed games during the fourth quarter.

Dragon City Mobile by Social Point began the quarter with revenues around $20K, peaking at nearly $28K in late November, before settling at approximately $22K by year-end. Downloads started strong at over 10K in early October but saw a decline to around 6K in December. Weekly active users fluctuated, with a high of around 236K in late October and a low of approximately 175K in early December.

Gameloft SE's Dragon Mania Legends showed revenues beginning at $15K, dipping to about $6K in mid-October, but rebounding to roughly $11K by the end of December. Downloads saw an upward trend, from around 4K to over 14K in the same period. The game's weekly active users increased steadily from nearly 59K to 75K.

The newcomer, Dragonscapes Adventure by Century Games PTE. LTD., showed an impressive growth in weekly active users from 6K to over 27K by the end of December. Downloads peaked at over 10K in mid-November, ending the quarter at around 13K.

FunPlus International AG's Frost & Flame: King of Avalon had substantial revenues, starting the quarter at $91K and ending at $77K. Downloads fluctuated, with a peak at over 7K in mid-December, and weekly active users increased from 28K to over 33K.

Lastly, Merge Dragons! by Zynga exhibited revenues starting at nearly $39K and rising to $41K by the quarter's end. Downloads showed a slight increase from 5.8K to 4.6K, while weekly active users remained fairly stable, hovering around 120K to 125K throughout the quarter.
